If you are a founder, student, or business owner in Nigeria, right now is a "golden window" to get funding that you don't have to pay back.

Here are the best opportunities with open links and upcoming deadlines.

1. iDICE Founders Lab

This is a government program for tech and creative startups. Backed by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Bank of Industry (BoI). It’s great for beginners with a working prototype.

2. Africa’s Business Heroes (ABH)

This is for businesses that have been running for at least 3 years and are making a real difference in their community.

3. National MSME Awards & Grants

The Federal Government has committed over ₦1 billion to reward innovative micro, small, and medium enterprises. You need to show how your business is growing or how it helps people.

4. Niger Delta Digital Summit Grant

If your business is based in the Niger Delta or helps people in that region, this is for you.

5. Student Venture Capital Grant (S-VCG)

This grant is specifically for students building tech or science projects.

  • The Cash: Up to ₦50 Million per project.

  • Status: Applications are currently open for the new batch.

  • Apply Here: svcg.education.gov.ng

3 Simple Tips to Win

  • Have your CAC ready: Most of these (except the student grant) will ask for your registration papers and TIN (Tax Identification Number)

  • Keep it simple: When describing your business, don't use "big grammar." Just explain what you do and who you help.

  • Apply early: These websites often crash on the last day because too many people are trying to log in. Try to submit your form at least 3 days before the deadline.

Good luck!
